Packaging & Handling
Most of our plants in 4-inch pots and larger are shipped bare root, while 2-inch pots typically retain their original soil to protect them during transit.
Each plant is carefully wrapped and secured in a box, with eco-friendly materials filling any empty spaces to minimize movement and shipping shock.

We may combine multiple orders into one package, though refunds are not automatically issued due to processing time.

Receiving Your Package
Plants may look a bit dull upon arrival due to transit. Open your package immediately and remove packing materials, but avoid direct sunlight initially. Allow them to acclimate before repotting and watering.
Shipping in Summer and Winter
For extreme heat, plan shipments carefully. If needed, contact us to postpone. In freezing areas, consider purchasing a heat pack to help prevent frost damage.

Package arrived safe and no damages. This plant mehhhh arrived so soft to the look and touch not at all what the pic online looked like. All the other plants survived well but this one looks and feels like it is about to give up 😔 I will put it in the sun in a couple of days and see what it does but for now It is acclamating from the box to my space lol.
