Quality Assurance

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a Quality Assurance policy for 14 days from the delivery date. If you have concerns about the condition or quality of the items upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days. Ensure you include photos that clearly show the condition of the items.

We take great care to ship out healthy, disease-free plants of the highest quality. However, we cannot control the conditions during transit. As a result, we do not accept plant returns, as plants cannot survive the roundtrip shipping process.

Please track your package and open it immediately upon arrival. Fragile plants, such as bear paw and baby toe succulents, may experience minor damage, such as broken or missing leaves, during shipping.

If you are not satisfied with your order or receive plants that are severely damaged, please get in touch with us immediately at support@mysucculentcorner.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Covered Under Quality Assurance:

  • No roots
  • Root rot
  • Disease
  • Broken stems
  • Pest infestation (e.g., mealybugs, aphids, scale, etc.)
  • Numerous broken or missing leaves
  • Incorrect or missing plant or product
  • Visible damage to pots, planters, or accessories

Not Covered Under Quality Assurance (Partial Credits May Be Granted After Review):

  • Damage or missing parts not due to our error
  • Naturally dried or wilted bottom leaves (easily removable without harming the plant)
  • Naturally dried or wilted flowers/blooms (common in all plants)
  • Potting soil on leaves (easily rinsed off with the first watering)
  • A few broken or wilted leaves, provided 75% or more of the leaves remain intact
  • Minor differences in color or shape from listing photos (succulents naturally change over time)
  • Damage caused by cold weather when a heat pack/shipping warmer was not purchased
  • Plants removed from their original nursery pot but remain healthy
  • Minor fungus gnat presence
  • Assorted products differing slightly from product photos (e.g., trays or collections chosen at random)
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as not received
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Packages forwarded to a different address than the original shipping address
  • Any issues reported after 14 days of delivery

Note: Plant sizes may vary slightly based on availability and the time of year. Succulents such as Sedums (e.g., Cherry Tart, Lime Zinger) may appear wilted or dormant during the winter months. This is a natural survival mechanism and not an indicator of poor health.

Refund Policy

We are happy to offer refunds, store credits, or replacements for items that arrive damaged, are not as described, are missing, or are incorrect. To initiate a refund, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@mysucculentcorner.com. Please include your order number and photos of the items and packaging. For damaged items, ensure photos clearly show the condition of the items and any damage to the shipping box.

Once your refund request is received, reviewed, and approved, we will process your refund promptly. Credits will be applied to your original payment method within a specified time frame.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
  • Contact your bank, as some processing delays are common.

Replacements

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. You do not need to return the original items to us. To request a replacement, contact us at support@mysucculentcorner.com and include all relevant details and photos of the issue.
